The St. Louis Jr. Blues of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that defenseman Austin Dempski will continue his education and play ACHA hockey for Bradley University.
Dempski, a 5'11/175 lbs defenseman from St. Peters, Missouri posted 10 assists and 18 PIMS in 32 games last season for the Jr. Blues. He also amassed 2 goals, 10 assists, and 16 PIMS in 22 games to help lead CBC High School to their 3rd consecutive MSCHA championship.
“I’m really excited to have Austin join us next season,” said Bradley head coach JP Fitzgerald. “He plays fast and he plays physical. Austin brings that physicality and tenacity that we lacked last season. I wouldn’t want to be a forward coming through open ice with my head down.”
Austin received the 110% award this season for his work ethic and performance on the ice. Off the ice, he plans to pursue a degree in Engineering.
