Skylands forward Vant makes college commitment

The Skylands Junior Kings of the NA3HL is proud to announce the college commitment of forward Tim Vant (Beesleys Point, New Jersey) to the Aurora University's ACHA Division II Men's Hockey Team.
Vant, 20, played in 44 games for the Kings during the 2015-16 season, racking up 28 points on 11 goals and 17 assists.
"Tim was a great leader on our team this season, and we are proud of his accomplishments," said head coach Alex Shindelman. "I'm sure he will be a great addition to Aurora's roster and we wish him the greatest success."
Aurora University, an NCAA Division III institution, has announced the creation of a second men's ice hockey club team. The new club will be an ACHA Division III men's team for the 2016-17 season, while the current team will remain ACHA Division III. Aurora’s top team competes in the NCHA at the NCAA Division III level.
The Spartan ACHA Division III team just completed their third season of competition with a second appearance in the ACHA Division III National Championships.
