Coulee Region forward Akervik makes NCAA commitment

The Coulee Region Chill, proud members of the NA3HL, are pleased to announce that forward Aslan Akervik has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Gustavus Adolphus College.

 

Akervik, 20, played the 2018-19 season with the Chill in the NA3HL. While with the Chill this season, the 6’1/210 lbs. native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, recorded 24 goals and 20 assists in the regular season for 44 total points in 47 games.

 

Prior to playing in the NA3HL for the Chill, Avernik played four seasons for Eau Claire Memorial High School in Wisconsin.

 

He is the 8th member of the 2018-19 Chill roster who has made an NCAA commitment.
