Bay State 1 @ Long Beach 3 – Logan Plante had a goal and two assists as the Sharks clinched the final playoff in the East Division thanks to a 3-1 win over Bay State. Long Beach took a 1-0 lead in the 1st period on a shorthanded goal from Nate Mastrony. In the 2nd period, the lead swelled to 2-0 as Christopher Keller scored a power play goal early in the period. Bay State kept things close with a power play goal from Landon Schoonover later in the period that made it a 2-1 contest. Late in the 3rd period, an empty-net goal from Plante secured the win and playoff berth for the Sharks. Ryo Murakami made 20 saves in the win, while AJ Cooper made 42 saves in the loss.

Wausau 0 @ Peoria 6 – The Mustangs closed out the regular season with a 6-0 shutout win over the Cyclones. Massimo Polistina had two goals and an assist and Joseph Ambroffi made 15 saves in the shutout win. Peoria led 2-0 after the 1st period with goals from Samuel Truxaw and Ethan Peterson. Justin Hubble scored a power play goal in the 2nd period to make it 3-0, and then Polistina scored twice in the 3rd period along with a goal from Declan McDermott to make it a 6-0 final. Wausau goalie Collin Lemanski made 41 saves in the loss.

Danbury 0 @ Northeast 6 – The Generals put a cap on the NA3HL’s best regular season record with a 6-0 shutout of Danbury on Sunday. Sean Gorman scored two goals and Luke Fundator made 28 saves in the shutout win. The Generals opened up a 3-0 lead in the 1st period with goals from Gorman, Phil Feinberg, and Owen Locke. In the 2nd period, the Generals added three more goals as Gorman scored his second of the game and Caiden Hess and John Dicio also found the back of the net. Jr. Hat Tricks goalie Braden Henderson made 45 saves in the loss.

Alexandria 4 @ Mason City 0 – In a West Division Playoff preview, the Alexandria Blizzard got a 25-save shutout from goalie Kyle Abrahamson in a 4-0 road win in Mason City on Sunday. The Blizzard jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the 1st period with goals from Jack Whitmore and Michael DeBrito. Ryan Hadland’s 32nd goal of the season in the 2nd period make it 3-0, and then Justin Wasvick scored on an empty-net in the 3rd period to make it a 4-0 final. Toros goalie Will Kunka made 29 saves in the loss.

Mid Cities 2 @ Louisiana 9 – Thomas Mougin, Aron Lundgren, and Brody Neish all had four-point outings as the Drillers beat the Stars, 9-2. The Drillers jumped out to a 5-0 lead as Neish scored two goals, and Lundgren, Micah Maldonado, and Al Evanyk. In the 3rd period, Mid Cities made it 5-1 on a goal from Reese O’Banion. The Drillers then pulled away with another goal from Lundgren, another from Maldonado, and others from Mougin and Hampus Ohlsson-Ornelius. Josh Field had the other goal in the Stars loss. Nic Clark made 15 saves in the win.

Minnesota 3 @ Willmar 8 – Luke McCarthy had a hat-trick as the WarHawks beat the Loons, 8-3. Willmar was ahead 5-1 after two periods with McCarthy scoring twice and Sam Holm, Tyler Misialek, and Michael Sweetland also scoring. In the 3rd period, the WarHawks added three more goals from Braydon Buckingham, Spencer Bergman, and McCarthy. The Loons got goals from Jack Hanson, Josiah Lambers, and Evan Fritze. Zack Ortolano made 4 saves and Michael D’Orazio in the win.

El Paso 2 @ TX RoadRunners 8 – Eitan Geralnik scored four goals and added an assist as the RoadRunners beat the Rhinos, 8-2 to complete a three-game weekend sweep. Texas jumped out to a 3-0 lead on goals from Geralnik, Kyle Portlock, and TJ Lipsky. El Paso tied to make a game of things with a pair of goals from Zachary Ware, but the RoadRunners would pull away thanks to three more goals from Geralnik and others from Matvey Ivanov and Adrian Sanchez. Nash Wilson made 21 saves in the win.
