Ice Dogs goaltender Ryynanen makes ACHA Commitment
The Bozeman Ice Dogs of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that goaltender Matthew Ryynanen has committed to play ACHA DII hockey for Adrian College.
Ryynanen, 21, is a three-year NA3HL player suiting up for the Minnesota Loons and the Bozeman Ice Dogs. Throughout his three years in the league, the Houghton, MI native posted an overall record of 27-44-3, averaging a 4.533 goals against average and save percentage of .890.
This season with the Ice Dogs, Ryynanen appeared in 5 consecutive wins on two separate occasions, one of which being a shutout against the New Hampshire Jr. Mountain Kings. With his best season to date, the 6’2” netminder was selected to participate in the 2024 Top Prospects Tournament.
Ryynanen is the first player to commit for the Icedogs this season.
