Drillers Comeback Against Capitals

Atlanta 3 @ Louisiana 5 - Five different Drillers found the back of the net as Louisiana stayed perfect in regulation as they knocked off the Atlanta Capitals 5-3. Nick Macri and Landon Thiessen got Atlanta out to a 2-0 lead. However Cameron McEwan and Johnathon Berdnt scored 35 seconds apart to even the game at two. Riley Erickson would respond for Atlanta to give the Capitals a 3-2 lead heading into the final frame. Roman Vitolo tied the game early in the third period and back-to-back tallies from Brody Neish and Max Workman lifted the Drillers to a comeback win. Cole Schmidt was perfect in relief stopping all three shots he faced. Jackson Black ended the evening with 40 saves on the night.
