Future Prospects field announced
The North American Hockey League announced today the preliminary field for the season’s first Future Prospects Tournament, which will be held in conjunction with the sixth annual NAHL Showcase Tournament from September 18-21 at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minn.
Twenty-four teams will compete at the U18 (Midget Major) and U16 (Midget Major) levels, with 10 at the U14 (Bantam) level.
With the tournament field yet to be completed, teams that have submitted applications but have not been accepted are encouraged to contact tournament director David Lee at dlee@nahl.com to ensure that their application has been received and completed in its entirety in order for the tournament committee to make its final selections.
The tournament field will be finalized in the coming weeks.
